Description: Pale legs; off-white tips to primaries.
Adult: Olive-brown above with yellow-brown tint on rump; off-white below with pale brown-yellow tint on flanks.
Juvenile: Browner above with red-brown tint on rump.
Similar Species: Eurasian Reed-Warbler.
Behavior: Rather shy and skulking. Musical song with much mimicry.
Habitat: Tall lush vegetation; reedbeds on migration.
Food: Invertebrates.
Nest: Cup of grasses in shrub.
Eggs: 19 mm, 3-5, pale green, olive-green spots.
