| Description: | Uniform dull brown above; off-white below with gray-brown flanks, blotched breast. Broad rounded tail; long, broadly and neatly pale-tipped undertail coverts. |
| Similar Species: | Differs from Savi's Warbler by mottled breast, broad pale tips on undertail coverts, and song. |
| Behavior: | Extremely shy and secretive. Song is a pulsing trill. |
| Habitat: | Grasslands, sedge meadows, thickets. |
